Hello,
I was not allowed to submita ticket without attaching printer log files or PC software log files. Unfortunately, I cannot generate these log files as my screen was broken during the delivery of the A1 to my house. How may I submit a ticket without those log files?
Even after following the tutorial on the Bambu website for uploading printer log files my sd card did not contain the corelogger fiolder only the recrder and logger folders. Also the tutorial does not explain what format to send those folders in? Should I zip all three folders?
