Hi everyone, I just tried to redeem my €40 gift card, but I got a message saying that it will take a few days for Bambulab to check my points history.
Has this happened to you too? How long does it usually take?
This happens constantly to everybody asking for rewards.
To make sure you are not a scammer they need to check your points before you get your discount. Usually it takes few days.
It’ll happen again in the future too. It’s kind of normal, it seems. I get notices of review all the time. One should make sure they redeem their gift cards ahead of time, of any expected use, to make sure they give buffer for the chance of this happening.
I hope they will review my points before the sale begins
It took about a day for them to get back to me as well, as I am hopeful to get a new printer during the sale.

I’m worried if I would trigger the system again if I tried to redeem 72 gift cards all at once. Long ago did happened with 38 gift cards.
Yeah, but I think they’ll review it and let it go through. You just need to redeem one time, then they check it. Then you redeem them again, but they let it go through, so they won’t actually know how many you plan to redeem, I think.
Annoying, I have this issue too.
I don’t understand why either, I’m a simple not-too-active user that after carefully saving up a bunch of points, is finally able to redeem the points for the first time. I don’t understand why I would be flagged.
Exactly because it’s your first time and they need to check the points are good.
What if you get the message after several times 7 business days have gone by?
I tried to redeem my points for giftcard too and got alsothe message, that a verification is required. That’s okay. But is there an option to see, if the review is queued or something? I see all my points still on the account and didn’t know what’s going on. I wished, there were an entry in the “Redemption history” that says, that points are redeemed and waiting for verification.

They generally say 7 days, but, often it is 24 to 48 hours.
It happens to all of us at some time.

Got a few boosts this morning but the points aren’t showing up so just assumed it’s a point review

If you go to redeem points you are actively told if you are in a review. If not, you get the passive system message after it has completed.

Yes it took 2 days, but I got answer today. They deducted some points “due to points violations, including fake downloads and excessive self or mutual interaction.” I’ve no fake accounts and did not any fake downloads. I’ve opened a ticket to appeal. I will see…
