Read my comments. the quality they are referring to has to do with higher resolution on the Z axis. But that is negated by overhangs that must be removed, or adjusted for. And they cannot stand vertically well without support to hold them up.

But go ahead and tell me I don’t know what I am talking about, that’s fine, I don’t care. People can read what I have to say from my experience – which is supported by the fact the OP is having issues printing vertically.

Now, have you tried printing these with a 0.2 nozzle, and turning on Arachne mode to get better horizontal quality, and have to tried both? Or do you just quote AI and trust the output from an AI engine as gospel?
