US Bambu Lab store says client-side exception error

image
This appears every time I try to load the store. Is something going on? Started a week ago on every device I have.

not sure what URL you use, OS, ISP, VPN or hardware you use
but

works fine for me. I am windows 10 with comcast, FireFox

Same thing is happening to me, except, only on my Chromebook.

It started about a week ago for me too. Only on my work computer, home is still fine. I assumed it was our firewall. It’s a shame too because my favorite time to spend money is while I’m making it… I like to pretend it all equals out.

… yeh… that makes (some sort of…) sense…
lol… what comes in, must get out, sort of sense…

Question is, what did Bambu Lab do that made all of our firewalls start blocking their store?

Seems to be only happening on the US store, meaning that bambulab.com still works. (Also, why isn’t PETG Translucent on bambulab.com?)

Just created a ticket, guess I’m playing the waiting game now… ETA: 20 years until ticket resolved lol

Is it 20 Earth years (Babylonian, Egyptian, Julian, Gregorian, Chinese, Japanese?!?), 20 Jupiterian years, or is it just plain 20 light years? [just wondering]

Forget what I said about fast reply. Its been more than a week with no reply. I suppose it could be because of all the H2D orders but still

I can get to homepage, but everything else gives me the application error.

Same thing, just started today. Only affects the BambuLab shop so far.

Error on the page:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Happening in Chrome only, and in incognito mode. Firefox seems OK.

Console shows a couple errors:

Exact same issue here. Apparently they do not want to make money?

Same here as well.
Only with the US store. The rest of the bambu site is fine.
Have tried different browsers, different pc’s, and different networks (home vs work). Same error from all. :frowning:

Strange, just started getting this error today at home and work networks. For the US store. Connecting to VPN, I am able to get to the EU store which works fine.
