Just installed the 2.7.1 version of studio.
I’m getting a “please install network plug in before log in” message on my Mac. I have tried every “fix” I can find with no luck. So far I have verified no vpn, turned off the firewall, did a “terminal” fix, rebooted my Mac, deleted and reinstalled studio multiple times… all with no luck.
What’s the solution?
You can try installing the network plugin manually, or simply follow Bambu’s instructions on their wiki:

Hi, just updated to the macos 27 developer. After that i keep getting stuck on ‘Please install the network plugin before logging in‘. When i open the app it directly installs the network plugin with success message, after that nothing happens. When i click on device it ask again to install network plugin.
To save time, here is a list of everything I have already tried and verified to troubleshoot this issue:
App & OS Restart: Completely restarted Bambu Studio and rebooted my Mac multiple times.
Full Reinstallation: Completely uninstalled the app, manually wiped all remaining configuration files and residual data from the system, restarted the Mac, and did a fresh install.
Cache Cleansed: Cleared the application caches and flushed the macOS DNS cache.
Folder Permissions: Verified and granted full read/write permissions to the ~/Library/Application Support/BambuStudio/ directory.
Plugin Verification: Checked the plugins folder manually; the required network plugin files are downloading successfully online and are present in the directory, but the app seems to ignore them.
@SamHx @Badfrog There is a thread on the Github page that may help you both out. I wish I could post link on here to the thread to help you out more than I can, but these issues have been mentioned there and they may help you out as well. I was also having these issues.

Also, just downloaded 27.. guess this means no printing for me (at least for a while)
I got the same problem on version 27. Network plugin goes into loop.
I have the same problem after update my Mac OS 27
I have the same problem on the MacOS 27 Developer Beta… I can’t print anything…Bambu Labs developers are sleeping…
This is a known issue. For now, uninstall Bambu Studio and reinstall an older version, specifically version v02.06.00.51 is working fine after I experienced the same issue upon installing the latest MacOS dev beta. I can’t link it so just google “Github Bambu Studio v02.06.00.51”. The first result should be Bambu Lab’s official “Releases” page on Github, where you can scroll down the page through the latest versions until you find the matching version number to download.

Why would you suggest a fix that works on Windows if the question asks about Mac?
Because it’s a fix, though not the fix you were looking for… and also thought you may want to move from Mac to Windows… one never knows these days how things might turn out in the end. 
I don’t see the value in offering oranges if I’m asking about apples in the hopes in one day I might ask about oranges, but I digress. Another comment the question and fixed the problem.
v 2.07.01.62 says “Fixed an issue where network plugin installation could fail for some MacOS users (excluding MacOS 27 and later versions).” Which is quite confusing. Did it fix the problem or not for Macos 27?
From what I remember reading on the GitHub release notes that excluded macOS 27. I downgraded to 2.6.0.51 and that worked.

Im still having this issue with V 2.7.1.62. I tried to downgrade to 2.6.0.51, but I dont know how to use flathub on macOS. Can anyone please share some pointers?
You shouldn’t have to use flat hub. I just downloaded the older version and installed it as usual, and say yes to the overwrite prompt. Just go to the Bambu Studio github, click releases, scroll down to 2.6.0, click “Assets” in that box and download the dmg file
