How did you end up solving this? Its august and my vortek still didn’t come with the right board.
Sorry to say it but you have to open a ticket. Gather up all the information you can, before starting it. original order number, printer serial and your personal info like name, address and phone number. When you get the new board, you’ll need to have it activated You’ll need a picture of the qr code on the board sticker. Now they have a way of doing it through a partially automated system in bambu handy.
