I was able to get a replacement bed under warranty almost immediately after they asked for bed data. Essentially confirming how warped it really was. New bed (v3) came in last week and I was finally able to look at it today. I compared to my original bed and its almost night and day different how much flatter it is, in fact, I can’t even fit my smallest feeler-gauge under the same straight edge that I could fit a 1mm under before. That being said, I did have 300+ hours on my previous bed so time will tell if the new bed begins to warp over time.
