That’s really not very intuitive.
I was also very confused where the “new thread” button is.
@Meick: Did you find it so far ? i`m confused as well
Looking forward to participating!
Hello, new member here just joined. X1C.
Welcome to the forum!
Making you jump through hoops to prove you’re a real user and not a spam bot is ridiculous. They have your user ID and therefore they also have your purchase history. You would think that after spending two grand with a company you could be trusted enough to immediately ask a question. I guess they would rather you take up their customer support rep’s time.
You don’t have to buy a printer to join the forum. Anyone with an email address can join the forum.
If you spend the 10 minutes of reading (required to advance to “Basic” user) searching the forum there is a high probability that someone else has had the same issue you have and a solution has already been presented.
Welcome to all, nice to be here
want to say hello from berlin.
auch ich sage Hallo aus DE, und hoffe hier viele hilfreiche Infos zu finden
Just replying here to aggree and get a reply in so that I can eventually post here for support on my A1 mini that does nothing but reboot when it starts a print job. I’ve been waiting on support for a few days now to reply to my request.
The requirements for advancing are posted many times above in this thread. None of these requirements involve posting. Welcome to the forum.
Hallo aus DE, auf einen guten Info Austausch
I am also trying to raise my trust level so that I can make a post concerning my troubleshooting question. Hopefully I am allowed to ask my question soon
To advance you need to
- Enter at least 5 topics
- Read at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts
Looking at your stats you only need to read one more topic to advance.
Cheers and welcome to the forum.
So, I’m a little confused on this concept but I can’t use the forum for support until I’ve posted several comments and read enough articles? Seems to me like this will increase the amount of useless posts to begin with no?
You do not have to post anything.
Look at (Enter) at least 5 topics.
Spend ten minutes or more reading at least 30 posts.
If you have a question you will probably do all that anyway as you look for an answer in the existing posts.
You are going to do that rather than ask a question that has already been answered a hundred times, right?
I am also searching how to do it
Perhaps try reading the post directly above yours?
