I printed a miter box (from Makerworld) using a P2S/AMS2 and BL PETG-HF. I didn’t change any settings. This pic is the bottom of the miter box. The spot in the middle looks wet, but it’s not. Since this is the bottom of the box it really doesn’t matter in this case. But in some instances, the “face down” is visible when the object is printed and then it does matter. The plate sat overnight before I removed the miter box. I also ran a straight edge across the bottom and it’s flat, no warping.
Heat stress marks, use a torch or heat gun, do a few quick passes and you’ll get rid of those

If you used glue on the plate, the light areas may be glue, and will wash off with water.
If you had to pull the part off the plate, the light areas may be stress marks in the plastic. A heat gun or even a hair dryer can make them disappear. Use glue next time for easier removal.
I’ve found going at it with a stiff plastic brush can also generate enough heat to clear this up.
