so I was printing in ABS all day today FLAWLESSLY, then this tower was the next project but this happened out of nowhere
Chamber temp getting too hot, maybe. Which is why it’s only in the upper area of the print. Or you got down to the center of your roll of filament and the plastic wasn’t quite dried well enough there…
Bridges and full overhangs happened. Extra cooling, extra printing time, all caused extra shrinkage and extra warp.
This is kinda a model design issue, there’s no way this is gonna print nicely without assist of carbon fibre. Even with carbon fibre I can still predict noticeable artifacts here.
I agree with @hotellonely diagnosis but there are some remedies you could try. Note though that this experience comes from PETG, PC and PA, not ABS as I do not print that.
You can usually combat the curling induced defects by ensuring a stable chamber temp, reduce the local layer height (adaptive layer heights are great for that) and slowing down.
As for the wall defects, did you observe the print at higher layers? Was there a slight wobble of the part? That will reduce through successful curling countermeasures but may still occur to some extend.

So I think the roll has moisture although it was on the ams pro 2 with heating, I popped a sealed roll and issue stopped. I’m waiting for the ams ht to come in Friday so yea thanks guys
If you print the same model again, it’s gonna have this issue again
Excellent you figured it out yourself.
Many here will simply guess as to what your issue is.
I print with ABS all the time and do not need a HT AMS, I can definitely say that it is not needed for flawless prints.
do you just dry them on the AMS ?
Yes, The AMS is all I use to dry ABS Filaments.
90% of the material I use is ABS by the way.
What DID happen here. I have seen something like this before myself.
