What is the best AMS mod to prevent wedgies?

I’ve owned my X1C for about 15 months now and just last week added my first AMS. I experienced an issue that I previously read about but can’t remember if there’s a good solution for it or not. It has to do with the filament finding its way underneath another layer during rewind and then effectively getting stuck during the next loading attempt.

It is of course not completely stuck but requires a manual intervention to clear the wedgy. Is there a known good mod to prevent this?
