While I would DEARLY LOVE TO claim my gift… every single color is OOS… So… How would one CLAIM this gift?
When I click the link it takes me to the global site where all colors are in stock but with no shipping options to the US and the discount code doesn’t work. If I switch to the US site, only 2 colors are in stock and the code still does not work.
EU Shop all is sold out? I was waiting all day for the code. Now I got it, all is sold.
Are there estimations when a restock will happen?
Especially because the Filament is avaiable without the bundle.
It says on the email that code valid through 08/04/23. I guess we have to wait a bit
My email was sent at 12:06pm, I saw it at 1:10pm, and the U.S. store was out of stock on all colors at that time.
I clicked the “Notify Me When Available” button and will be patient. I don’t really need the filament right now. Code is supposed to be valid through Aug 4, and Bambu seems to live up to their promises, eventually.
I don’t really need it right now either, my bigger concern is that the code does not work.
I guess it will work with the bundle instead of individual filaments

Yes, you can choose the color on selected sets, and the stock is limited. The offer is on a first-come, first-served basis and we recommend placing an order as soon as possible to get your desired colors.
Almost seems like this was it and there will be no new stock.

Should’ve known out of stock is the middle name of that filament part of site.
Applied for an mail on restock but not expecting much on time .
Why send out that mail to us if you know yr stocks aren’t up to it ;(

Yeah, i think that it is more a kind of self advertise. They delivered the spools to the kickstarter and early supporters which were in a small number. In the second batch there are a lot of people. I mean, if the filament was out of stock then also the single spool should not be available. They are limiting the stock for the people with voucher in order to give priority to the ones who pay full price.
Same thing here. YS customer. Got email around noon eastern time. Went immediately to the site and all color combinations weee it of stock. Went to the filament page and saw that black and grey pla-cf are in stock. Put two in cart and enter the coupon code. I got an error message saying the code isn’t valid on the items. Way to disappoint

The link in the email now takes me to the US site bundle where before it just took me to the global site regular PLA-CF. Of course, it’s doesn’t help that all colors are out of stock
yesterday i received my bonuscode mail at 19:00 and at 22:00 i was in the shop to place my order…all OOS and i was really upset…just 10 min ago i recheck the shop before i writ a complain about the bad joke…and stock was back in shop and i placed my order. so pls check it today again and be sure to be in the right shop

This is a really bad joke.
They offer us a discount out of “gratitude” for “tolerating their 55/100 product” (Their words. not mine! They write this in the Bambu Lab Anniversary: year in review ) and what do we get? A… well. I don’t think this discount-stunt even reaches 55/100.
I don’t really care about the filament itself. I care about the bad way of offering the bundle. Sending discount codes while it is not in stock. And I just received a “complete your purchase” mail with items that are not even in my shopping basket anymore to make it even “funnier”…
- edit: I was just able to order: Even after hitting refresh all colors showed as “sold out” but this time “add to card” button showed. So I guess the shop is not able to keep up with their stock / the amount of orders / something.
Okay, the code works. But only when nothing else in in the cart. Just ordered my PLA-CF.

Never seen so much drama over missing out on a promotion that doesn’t end FOR A MONTH. I get it that some of you, after having had (or heard about) bad customer support experiences, are jumping to conclusions and assuming the worst. But KEEP CALM and DON’T PANIC (sorry couldn’t resist a HGTTG reference).
They likely underestimated the [immediate] response, and perhaps decided on the filament being offered without checking current stock and outstanding orders from suppliers.
I like many of you found everything out of stock when I clicked on the link in my email. But I simply asked for a notification when it became available. I received said notification A FEW HOURS later, and was able to place my order. A few minutes after I placed that order, I noted that several of the color combinations showed as available to order, but with a ship date of July 20. So they’re changing things in real time to try to address the high demand as best they can.
Their store and CS is a trainwreck. I got screwed on the light panel CMYK bundle and was told to pack sand when I questioned it. They don’t care about their customers all they care about is banking cash.
