Hi together,
My third ams i received yesterday, after 3 prints i hear the motor spinning but the filament didnt moove - what could be the issue ?

Hi Michael,
The unit has two motors, one where you load the filament up top and one down lower in the internal hub.
What motor is just spinning ?
On the top filament feeder the gears are known to slip on the shaft.
Worn out gear you can 3D print.

Thanks for your answer. To be honest i dont know what motor is just spinning i think the upper one - but the filament didnt move. And there is no grinding noise, it is an free spinning noise.
But i think i will first contact bambulab, the affected ams arrive judt yesterday, and after one day of use you shouldnt have to print parts by yourself… in the time between i have still two other ams
