I also noticed the product SKU changed from 2 of any color to 1 Black and 1 of any color. Even the product photo of 1 red and 1 blue was removed from the site.
They had to know how many codes needed to go out for the promo vs available stock in each region. It is bad PR to do a PR event and not be able to execute… Even if people did not get the color of choice because stock ran out, there should have been sufficient inventory to at least provide 2 rolls per code.
Code valid through 08/04/23 for one-time use. I’m sure they’ll have more in stock soon. I couldn’t combine any other items with them to get free shipping. Total was under $10 tax and shipping
Simply because laws in some countries give rights to the customers to cancel their orders after they received it and send it back. Then they’re able to order for the sale price. Since that couses the company to loose money, they usually comply and offer vouchers for the difference amount.
I got my code today (Germany) but every bundles are sold out. I can can put PLA-CF in every color on my bambu app in my basket but the code doesn’t work.
I used Apple’s private relay option when ordering my X1CC back in May. I then learned that there could be an issue with that and contacted support to forward those shipping updates to my real email. I haven’t received any anniversary code yet but it’s still the 4th so I don’t mind waiting a couple more days to be sure. Anyone else do the private relay thing? Hope I’m not SOL.
Same here, got the code for the PLA-CF filament, went immediately to the shop and already sold out.
That whole deal is baffeling to me. Why give it away for €1.99? Charge 1/3 of the original price which is still a great deal. This is probably closer to what it costs bambu it would enable them to not loose (as much) money on it and with that take much more orders and make customers happy. But like this it’s just frustrating.
I see. That is to bad. Hard for a company to run a business like that. But I can see where consumer protection laws lean heavy to the customer in some countries. Had not thought about that. Will certainly cut down on the number of discounts anyone can receive if that is the case. I I could not blame BBL if they did away with discounts .

All choices sold out, again. And it is still only offering black plus one color, not the choice of two colors originally promised.
I was able to place my order, but the code only worked with no other filament in the basket. Strange. I wanted to order 4 Matte spools in addition.
So I did two orders. To be honest, 7€ for 2kg PLA-CF is still an awesome price.
Hi, I had the same this morning, got the code but all sold out in EU store. So I was constantly checking and some minutes ago I was able to place my order.
BTW… and thank you @BambuLab for the easy 3D print experience.
I didn’t get a notification although I subscribed to it, but when I checked this morning all combinations except red+black were available. I ordered it along with 0.5kg paht-cf and that was possible. The shipping fee was not charged.
I think stock isn’t the issue here since those filaments can still be ordered separately (except red). It is mostly shifting stocks in shopify from one product id to another.
Still no code. Pretty sure I’m signed up to the newsletter. I get the weekly email summary for this forum. I’ve got emails about when the CMYK filament rolled out last month, silk filament before that, petcf before that, emails about surveys and so on. Bought my x1cc in Jan.
So am I on this list or was there some other super duper special list???
The newsletter is where you specifically sign up to any website news. Or news from Bambu Lab in general. Its not the same as the forum. go to the website and scroll down on the first page until you see a newsletter section. Then add your email and click thr button to subscribe.
