Your first generation printers are maybe only a 55 out of 100 BUT your service, your will to roll up the market and everything around is a clear 120/100.

I agree and the information is also not consistent in all places. So it was easy to misunderstand.
So I just made sure I’m subscribed and was also confused when I did not get the confirmation email.
I tried that like 10 times and nothing happened. Right after I turned to the support and the next morning I got the confirmation. But the response from the support came in days later, so I don’t think the support did anything. And the answer from the support didn’t actually do much other than explain where to subscribe using a screenshot.
Edit: By that time I actually already received the codes for the AMS and filaments.
This is what it says at the bottom of all my promo emails I posted earlier. So I am subscribed to something since last Fall. When clicking the update preferences link it takes to to the page where it says it will create a link to email me, it emails me, I update and then nothing.
I ordered my X1C on December 26th, but never received any coupon. I pre-ordered and had to wait a month for it to ship. Wish there was some clarification to stop all this confusion on why some get it and others don’t. I get emails from Bambu labs about new filaments, and updated news so I assume I am subscribed to the mailing list. Hate to place a ticket for something like this.
Will customer service answer my emails?? Since 29.07 no answer:( I placed an order on the 28th of june and have had no news since then!! Also there is no invoice in my profile.
The anniversary discounts are only good until today (that’s what it seems at least) and I still haven’t received mine and still haven’t gotten a response from support on the AMS promo code. I purchased a P1P 6/7/2023 which means I should qualify and I would love to buy the AMS at the discount, but if they don’t respond I’ll probably abandon the idea and just build myself ERCF for my Vorons
Ordered my 2 rolls and a plate last week (Jul 5). ETA on the filament is Aug 4 (ETA to me, or to Bambu?), but I received the FedEx tracking number for the plate late on July 6. I was glad to see it was being shipped FedEx, as they tend to be pretty speedy.
I’m not so happy that it has taken more than three days for FedEx to receive the package from Bambu.
I ordered the filament on 05.07. at 17 clock. My package came by DHL from and to Germany. Seems to be a warehouse in the vicinity. But, quite honestly? For the price, while at Bambu currently probably just hell is going on with all the orders. You simply can’t complain, even if it would have taken a month.
Either way, I wish you a lot of fun with the new printing plate and the CF filament. I still have no idea what I want to print with it. But the day will come! ( ノ ゚ー゚)ノ
Ah that might be then. I was basing it off of their terms and conditions that say the duration of the 1 Year Anniversary sale is through 7/10. If the discount code says 30 days I’d believe that more. But makes me wonder if I’m ever going to get a coupon code if today is their last day of the anniversary thingy
Please note that this code will be provided to the E-mail used to subscribe to Bambu Lab. The email will be sent out in order as listed below:
June 27th: For printers ordered before December 31st. 2022
July 4th: For printers ordered between January 1st. 2023 to June 26th. 2023
July 24th: For printers ordered before the campaign period, where customers were also backed to subscribe within the campaign period.
So the latest date I’d expect people to still be receiving codes is July 24th, still a while to go. I bought the printer mid June, but only subscribed at the beginning of the sale. Hoping I’ll get the code July 24th. Or I don’t qualify, no idea
