I have never gotten an E-mail either.
I think that’s for the Filament, I ordered mine in Feb and got code for filament on July 4th, no AMS code yet though 
Nice that everyone else in this world has received some email with some discount codes etc, but it seems that not a single dutch buyer got these.
Maybe Dutchies are not important enough
I was waiting for these codes and buy other some extra ams devices, maybe i should reconsider:(
But it seems we will not get this, looks like bambu lab does not like their Dutch buyers at all and excludes them in everything:(
Hope some1 will try to reply, becoz i tried over support and direct email adres from bambulab, but never got a reply:(
Maybe this time, if not Bambulab, discrimination is forbidden by law:(

No, I’m from Germany and i received my Code for AMS and for the Filament bundle. I subscribed the newsletter from the beginning when i buy my Printer. My first e-mail from Bambulab was in my Spam folder and i add BambuLab as no spam.
I also registered on the newsletter the day i ordered my 1st bambu. Snd not on spamm
But i am Really happy for you.
I want to buy 3 extra ams devices so i was actually waiting for the code, but still are waiting for this fecking code:(

Please pay attention, that the blog entry contains a requirement for receiving a discount code for the AMS: “For all past buyers of Bambu printers other than the X1CC model from our official store, you might want to try the AMS, so we’ve prepared a $50 AMS discount voucher for each of you.”. I’ve bought a P1P in Februar from Germany and received my code July 4th.

Yea, my P1P is from April. No AMS code yet. The Filament will arrive today.

I’m from the Netherlands and received a filament code 4th of July.
Bought a X1CC 5th of January this year. Subscribed to the newsletter 27th of June (which is mandatory to get the voucher(s)).
No AMS code. But from what I understand X1CC owners don’t get that code.

The X1 was delivered without AMS, so they should be on the receiver list for the AMS code. As I wrote above, the blog entry names only the “X1CC” as excluded.
Only P1P and X1C get the voucher.
I really want to know, until when. I can pateint, if I know a “lastest” date.

Same situation with me: I’ve registered long-long time ago (on the kickstarter) but also after that and many times (you can enter you e-mail address in the subscribe section every day without any error messages or notification that you have already subscribed).
I’m still waiting for that freakin’code (for AMS and for gratitude pack also), but nothing. After 2 opened tickets and one chat discussing with support and my suggestion for my active newsletter subscription with IT department, they said me, that I’m not subscribed(!) … and still even after I confirmed my claim in a video message (real-time screenrecording of my subscription for the umpteenth time).
… and can you guess what happening now? … now reaction 3th day(!)
There must be some kind of BIG problem in the background, I guess… 
I finally got the filament code on the 4th. Ordered the same day and it still hasnt shipped a week later.

Quick update: Ordered the filament on the 4th and its still hasnt shipped. I actually have 3 orders that im just waiting on bambu to actually ship out. But now they have even more products, so I doubt its gonna get better soon. My x1c died on first print and it took over a week to get the replacement part shipped. Still waitingbon it too. Im starting to think that us non-chinese based buyers were expecting a bit more than we should have from them.
