Problem: Bambu Studio Prepare tab does not update after filaments are changed in AMS Studio Version: 1.8.4.51 Platform: MacOS Steps to reproduce:
Open Bambu Studio
Go to Prepare tab
Change some filaments in the AMS
The filaments available in the Prepare tab does not refresh and remain stale. The user must remember to go to the Device tab and then back to the Prepare tab to manually refresh.
There should be a callback within the system to keep things updated even if the Device tab is not active so that filament information that is shown in the Prepare tab stays up-to-date. Otherwise, the user may slice with the wrong filament.
Same issue here, curiously I’m using the same kind of CPU on a Asus Z690 motherboard. I know that I get at popup regarding BambuStudio not playing well with NahimicOSD.dll for a while before the newest build.
Problem: Impossible to change any option excepting “Cooling overhang thresholds” in the Filament settings Studio Version: 01.09.01.66 Platform: EndevourOS (Arch) Steps to reproduce: create a new filament based on the PLA Aero, select it and got to Cooling settings. Mostly all settings are not active (changeable).
If you have parts that are using adaptive layer height and you go to select more than one of the parts and then copy and paste them, the resulting copied parts do not have adaptive layer height applied to them.
If you individually copy and paste parts with adaptive layer height and paste them, then the copied parts do have the adaptive layer height applied. It seems to only happen when attempting to copy more than one part at the same time.

Problem: Print by Object Exclusion-Zones not right - Toolhead crashing! Studio Version: 1.9.1.66 Platform: Windows 10 Steps to reproduce:
Open Bambu Studio
Create a new project
Add two Objects of your choice
Change Plate-Settings or General settings to print by Object (doesn’t matter which one)
Move one object closer to the other one.
Observe the outlined circle of the exclusion-zones. Overlap them by approx. 10mm (1 square on the buildplate).
Hit slice - It will work and allows you to print.
Other information: If you move the object until it causes a fault and doesn’t let you slice, check the purple outline - The overlapped area is way smaller than the original overlapped area shown.
From the grid-view it looks like the calculation of the exclusion-zone is 5mm-8mm shorter than it should be? You can count roughly 3 squares in purple (30mm) but 3,5 squares (35mm?) in the grey area.
Problem: Pin to Start lacking proper icon Studio Version: 1.9.2.57 Platform: Windows 11 Pro (23H2) Steps to reproduce:
Update Bambu Studio to 1.9.2.57.
Icon in Windows Start menu is generic.
Delete shortcut and re-create does not resolve.
We use Bambu Studio every day, all day, and end up closing (GPU usage for video) the app when we aren’t actively watching things. So that icon gets a lot of visibility. This just started happening with the latest update.
Desktop and Program icons are fine. It’s only the Pin to Start icon.
Just updated to version 1.9.2.57 and the AMS Filament diagram seems bugged with the lines. Not a big deal, just a graphical glitch. I rebooted but still exists.
The bottom left spool no longer connects it like is offset up and same with the side roll it offsets a little. Like I said no big deal just something that caught my eye right away lol.
