Wait. I’m confused. When I ordered this, the promo email, product page or checkout mentioned nothing about the light board being sent “later” …I ordered this literally moments after the announcement on May 8th. Today 4 spools arrived with no light board. I now see in this forum “which will be sent later, when available” …does that mean I now have to pay separate shipping for a “free gift” that should have been included?

Man, been under a lot of work so didn’t check this out until now. Sad that I missed the LED promo. Any chance that the promo can be extended? 48H seems pretty short.
Is there an alternate to the baclight LED board we could look at while we wait for the bambulab’s version to become available?

I know it might be a while, not an issue, but do we have kind of ETA? Like 2-4 weeks? 2-4 months? Just curious when this might be fulfilled.

I ordered right away too and I’m still waiting for my light board. It said that they were on their way to the warehouses and it would be shipped separately. I took that as the shipping was included in the original price.
I got my four rolls today. Now we just have to wait for the light board. I’m sure they will ship out soon.
On a side note…Sorry to hear about your AMS. I have yet to have any issues although I don’t do hardcore printing. One of my newer ones does make a squeaking noise from one of the rollers but otherwise I’ve never had issues.

I got my filament today but no light board yet. I assumed they were shipping them together and must have missed that note. Hope we get the light boards soon because I am looking forward to trying this out!
Not sure about anyone else, but $99 USD + tax for 4 spools, seems incredibly expensive. I could only wish of earning in USD and this might be affordable, but with exchange rate this is almost 2x more epensive per spool than regular PLA locally. Something for the Rich only I guess. Sad.
Not sure of your country, here in the US $25 a roll is on the more expensive end but isn’t break the bank money.
That said, I know people in the US who either cannot afford the filament or who only buy the cheapest available stuff at like $7-12 a roll.
I mean not every product made can or should fit the lowest possible budget. This is after all a premium printer, so, I think a lot of people assume that if you can drop $1500 on a printer with a potential for a full 16 color printer to set you back over $2000.00US, that, the people who buy this printer can afford the filament that goes with it.

… read everything when you order something. It was very easy to understand that they were shipping the light boards later.

Alright, they sent an update on my lithophane bundle order:
Your free gift - Bambu Backlight Board is expected to be available in our local warehouse on June 20th. To ensure a better delivery process, we will be sending you a gift card code via email on June 20th to redeem your gift in our store. This will allow you to place an order with your most convenient address and get updated information with a tracking number then.
Looks like we need to ‘buy’ again in about a month 
Well, I hope stock of these boards is not running low before we have a chance to snag our piece of the cake!
I expected a delay (for the whole bundle) as mentioned on their product page, but 6-8 weeks plus a second shipping… That is rough!
I hope that the code includes shipping.
If we have to pay for the light board to be shipped, they should have just waited on the entire release.
