We are currently experiencing a shortage of staff at our headquarters due to health reasons caused by the widespread of Covid.

This, along with additional limited resources due to upcoming holidays, will most likely result in additional delays to ticket responses.

It would have put your customers at much greater ease if you had announced this via the front page of your site and support portals.
