Only for new giftcards. Afaik they haven’t updated the old ones. For a while it did misleadingly say that old ones were also valid for ten years though. (On the actual cards)

They have not and will not.
MakerWorld has confirmed no already issued gift card will have its expiration date extended.

But am I the only one who has the points review every time I request a gift card? Is it possible? Before it wasn’t so often now every time I request one! By the way before the review lasted a day, now it has been extended to 3 or 4

This is likely to the staff deciding not to do work at a suitable time. They claim, busy, but, they have milked that excfar too often for far too long. Get more staff!
Weirdly some do and some don’t. I went a hundred gift cards before they told me to wait, since then not asked again.
Everyone gets the system message saying “you can redeem now” as if they considered is guilty of something regularly.

Every time I get that, I hope a liiiiitle tiiiiiiny bit that point farming profiles get at that stage told “dear point farmer, while your crop may be plentiful, it is for naught for it’s all rotten! All your ill-gotten points now nurture the field upon which we grow our fvcks. Lay thine eyes upon it and see that it is barren.”

I’ve had the same the last several redemptions. I did just buy a second X1C, extra AMS’s, and a crate of filament (humblebrag lol) so it might be related to my recent activity but so far it’s just a mild annoyance.

Think we will never see them again… Only hope is they change the shop so it will be possible to use points for spares and filament…

I can’t believe my bad luck, after all the effort to get enough points for a gift card, just when I accumulate enough they disappear from the store

I was going to redeem it yesterday but I had to wait for the points review. Today it disappeared. If they don’t put it back I don’t know what to do with those points

Damn, in the last few hours I finally got enough points to get the last few gift cards to order the X1C combo but noticed the gift cards are gone.
