If you have underextrusion it might be your extruder. Mine started like this but I did not think too much about it until it failed for good. I was only printing engineering stuff from the time it started failing until it came dead so did not mind the quality of the prints and did not bother tweaking the profile but looking at those prints now they are not that great…
