Is there a reason why Bambu Studio takes so long to load? I can launch Autodesk Fusion and be working on models faster than Bambu Studio takes to simply launch.

It is an inherent problem they clearly are not addressing.
Has anyone else noticed Studio being very slow after the latest update?
Both opening STEP files and slicing all of a suddenly take WAY longer than they used to.
My Bambu Studio on Fedora has just updated, as has a couple of issues:
It takes a very long time to start, such that Fedora thinks the program has become unresponsive.
The 3D preview of the model, and the slices, doesn’t appear at all.
The problems are on the Prepare and Preview tabs. The other tabs all seem to work as normal.
There may have been a problem loading presets, which appeared to get stuck half-way through. Is there any way I can check that all presets are correctly downloaded and…

According to the release notes for Studio 1.9.3.50 the speed for overhang walls have been reduced.
Can someone explanation what has really changed, is it the speeds for overhangs when “Slow down for overhang” is is activated that has changed in the presets, or what has changed and where ?
If it has changed the speeds in the presets, i guess it is only the system presets and not my own saved presets, or…?
I don’t really see any difference in the presets.

I’m new at 3D printing with filament, I’ve been watching a lot of videos and reading through bambu’s or other comunities posts lately. After a few first prints I’ve been trying to print bigger models.

I downloaded this model from Printables, scaled it up a little (167cm heigth), and printed it without supports in about 4h, it came out ok but with some issues located in the overhangged part (The belly and the head).

Running a W11 mini pc, all was going well so far.
Since a couple of days, Bambu studio is VERY slow, fo example it takes 2 mn to load from my HDD a 56kB step file.
Uninstalled - reinstalled Bambu studio, but issue remains.
Bambu studio 1.10.2.76
All other apps running well on the pc, even when Bambu studio is running and slow
Anyone else having the issue ?
