Hi @user_209373457 ,
Well, the expectations raised by the Bambu experience are rather inflated. When coming to the market, they clearly highlighted that they did not produce the perfect printer. Just the best printer they could do at the time. However, it was such a major milestone, that expectations sky-rocketed in particular due to youtube reviews.
Since then, their printers got better and better. But it is still an incredibly complex process where a lot of little things can quickly ruin a print. That is why MakerWorld and the print profiles are quite important to Bambu. Once people then take the next step and need to create their own print profiles, that is when things become challenging no matter what.
But I am really glad that @anon88136036 seems to have found a likely killer. Not owning a P2S, it is unlikely that I would have spotted this even if you had posted the troublesome 3mf files.
If temps are applied incorrectly, then a good print has no chance to occur. It is curious though. In a parallel thread (Nothing sticks on ANY plate on the P2S. I'm going insane!), another user is having issues with PETG on a P2S. But his print profiles work and he is getting good adhesion. His issue is mainly on a later detachment.
It may help to use Bambu Studio’s temperature preview to further pinpoint where the profile is lost.
If it is indeed a bug, a ticket may be the best way to get a hotfix in a reasonable time.
