Had two failed prints, and then my printer kept throwing the common build plate error. Everything was aligned properly, i also cleaned the nozzle tip to see if maybe some filament was on it not letting it probe properly. When trying to home i noticed the bed would not go up all the way. So i checked to make sure no filament poop was in the way anywere, even took the back cover off. After i kept inspecting i noticed it seems like the left bearing somehow slid out of place. Not sure what to do here.
Is the displaced bearing preventing the bed from going to the top?
As if it is blocking it?
What did you do, to fix it?
Debris got into this pit and pushed the linear bearing up when bed lowered after print finished.
This is your fix
IMO, that pit is to gain about 25mm of maximum print height but risking debris trapped there and causing trouble. For me, print height of 220 or 245 is not really much improvement compare to the risk.
