This is hitting a new time low… Check this reddit thread about what bambu supports supposedly sent to a customer as a response when he tried to file a return / refund / cancelation.
Not only it is faked as it is illegal if they really sent a private DPD letter to their customers, that breaks major laws in Germany with the GPDR.
The DPD letter that Bambu “claims” to have gotten has also many errors in the way it is written and it does not seem German at all. Also has watermarks of some sort in Chinese.
Since i got no way of updating the main topic created by Bambu because my permission to edit my own answer was removed since yesterday, i’ll try and update here.
Today i also got in contact with the logistics company that Bambu uses here in Germany and even if they can’t give private information, they will try and update me with some parts of the information that they can provide. The logistics also serve other companies, not only Bambu. Stock is an issue right now, that’s one.
