Shipping Update

Need to cross a border between Hong Kong and mainland China.I can only reach there by metro or bus. Both travelling methods are not very good for picking up a 3D printer.

I got some parts and filament from their Taobao(aka Aliexpress) shop and they delivered in the next day lol.

yesterday they said they shipped the printer, and today I received the shipping info.

How did you order your printer as there is no option to select South Africa as delivery destination?

Hi you can buy the printer locally via BuildVolume (https://www.buildvolume.co.za/) in SA or what I did prior to Build Volume selling the printers I opened a Aramex Global Shopper https://www.aramexglobalshopper.com/ account and bought the printer via BambuLab US store.

For warrantee it would be better to get it via BuildVolume. With import duties and freight charges there was no real saving bringing the printer in directly.

If the printer is purchased from a reseller, they are responsible for all warranty service and support.

Update on my Shipping.

The team got back in touch with me and have resent the unit and as promised it has arrived. Took roughly 1 week from when they reached out.

Overall they were great to deal with. I think there was a mistake on both parts here one from mine which was being impatient on getting any feedback and opening multiple ā€œticketsā€

On their part by not responding at all at first and then getting lost between the tickets that had been logged.

All is sorted and the printer is with me. Next time I’ll try be a little more patient at the start.

bambu labs don’t have a Authorised Reseller for the uk

I have bought a X1 Carbon with AMS from them, a Creality Sermoon V1 pro and many other items and never had a bad experience, Staff a friendly and helpful. Their response and service is great to. So yea I believe they are trustworthy.

i’ve bought a bambu lab x1c and i’m waiting the deliver
I’m in Switzerland and the printer has been sended from Germany.
2 days ago the tracking from bambulab say that the package has been delivered to my address.
I haven’t recieved it, and i contacted DHL.
The tracking email from Bambulab tells me that: ā€œ13/6/2023, 22:55:00
Germany,The shipment has been delivered directly from the parcel center to the business customer.ā€
And DHL operator tells me that the package was taken by Deutsche Post and delivered to a german address…
DHL cant give me any information on the reciever.
I submit a ticket to bambulab to solve this situation, but havent had a reply yet.
Can someone tell me how many time usually is taken to a reply from their customer service?

okay 5 days since they gave me the tracking. No info update again :joy:
now I am worrying that will take another month to ship :joy:

Between 1 to 5 days, according to a few user posts and comments.

I ordered my printer last Saturday and received it on Wednesday ( unfortunately with a broken door). But I got the same weird information that the printer is delivered and I didn’t receive anything. But after some hours on the Bambu Labs tracking page, I saw another tracking number from DHL Germany. It seems this was the handover from one carrier to the other. Might be the same in your case.

I ordered my printer I think July 11th in the US. It’s been 21 days since the tracking says it’s in transit and left Commerce, CA. They said it was in stock and I was supposed to get it about two weeks ago and it never got delivered or updated tracking… Contacted Bambu Labs 2 weeks ago and never heard anything for over a week. Contacted them last week again and finally got a response that they would send the info to the logistics team to investigate ā€œpromptlyā€ get back to me. That was like a week ago… haven’t heard anything even though I’ve emailed them back. Tracking still hasn’t updated :upside_down_face: Going to have to hope they get back to me and contact UPS as well to see what’s up.

Same I also ordered on 8/13 after confirming it was in stock. When it came past the expected eta I reached out and got no response. I reached out a week later and both tickets were closed. I was given a tracking number where it says waiting to receive item for 3 days. Shipping company receives package and is still sitting there. No word from Bambu either. I’m about to cancel order this is terrible customer service. Actually double charged me to when I placed order but was refunded one charge. Is this terrible experience what own a $1500 printer is like?

Unsure if you read the whole comment about my other problems before you assumed that was the only one. No they haven’t fixed the fact I don’t know where my printer is and it’s 2-3 weeks late. I’m just trying to figure what’s going on with my printer. I emailed to see when eta would be then placed and order and haven’t received any information about my order?

Same boat, Hurricanes are a MF, but also you stated you see where the shipping courier recieved it but its sitting somewhere, so BambuLabs doesn’t actually have it, I don’t see where you’ve contacted the shipping company at all, actually.
