âShips Todayâ doesnât mean a darn thing when it takes FedEx over 3 days to pick up the package.
Bambu Lab needs to switch to UPS in the United States. When I first ordered my printer, the printer came by ups and the additional AMS and other parts that I ordered came by FedEx. I received the UPS Package 2 days earlier than everything else and they shipped at the same time.
To be fair, Bambu Lab does not ship out its own stuff when it gets to the United States. It comes through a distributor that probably is shipping out tons of other products.
They are getting things packed and ready to go fast but the problem is with FedEx. Or the company is shipping out more things than FedEx can handle.
Ups is slow for me also. Its always 10 days or so. The packages will sit at distribution centers for days. Like theyre trying to figure something out with the package. Only stuff from bambu does this.
Iâm planning to order a P1S this week and wondering what shipping look like? How quick do things seem to leave the warehouse after ordering?
I live in Socal, so transit time from Commerce is usually next day unless something really weird happens.
Should be real fast. The longest wait is usually in LA. Filament is the really slow mover. It starts on the east coast. Can not wait for the day amazon does overnight bambu products.
Question about âP1S Combo 2â - the one with AMS+additional Extruder Gear+Hotends+Plate.
Does it come as two separate parcels/shipping packages, one for printer + ams and second for extra stuff?
(the shop interface is stupid and shows order âFulfilledâ even in cases when there are multiple, separate packages and only one was sent, so thatâs why Iâm asking)
That is how my printer was shipped, 2 packages.

Hey, I live in Northern Oregon, does anyone know the estimated whole time in between buying and receiving my product?
Depends on the product. Filament takes 1-2 weeks and lands at the east coast. Machines come out of california and take about a week.Im in saint helens

Hello, placed an order a week ago for P1S combo + filament for delivery in France.
Received the package yesterday but no printer.
Sticker says package 1/1 and the email from Bambu says that the shipment should include the printer.
I have tried to reach out but no answer quite frustrating.
My order details in my account show as deliveredâŚ
Any idea what is happening/what to do?

It is (or at least was) the standard. At the time, I received both on the same day but from different shipments.
Hi all. How can one purchase a bambu lab 3 D printer and have it shipped to the island of Trinidad? Can I ship it to the states and then use a shipping company to bring it to Trinidad? On the bambu website the shipping options were China and singapore etc. How can one ship to the states?

Three time i wrote wrote a E-Mail about delivery date.
No ETA on order confirmation.
The answer from bambulab only stand answer no delivery date.
What can i do??
