That’s Surprised Sue and Worried Wendy for you Hangry Harold would rather have been eating food than posing for the photo, but I didn’t have any food-grade cornstarch on hand at the time of the photo. (Smilin’ Sam was happy to be there though!)
Oh yeah you’re right, don’t mind my angry post . I thought it was saying we need one for each. Tested it and you can just ignore the app cover.
Something changed because the two models I mentioned earlier (those I haven’t printed) disappeared from my Recent Makes. Now they’re visible in my husband’s makes. Twice.
@Square3D how about you?
My profile is still the same. Recently printed are combined between my account and the wife’s account.
Weird… I thought they fixed it but I guess not.
That sounds like a great way to ruin a marriage
When you realize that you did not print two out of the three…
Actually, that soil plug is something I may find really useful for my flowers But now there’s no way I will rate it
Yeah, but which two of the three? You might be realizing you both have been yearning for more.
Might end up saving the marriage instead
PS: We are joking because it is funny and a made-up picture for those who did not get it. However, let me reiterate: This is a serious violation of privacy and needs an off button!
What worries me more about this situation is the fact that we took our A1 Mini to a family member house for a week where my wife printed some stuff with only her account.
Different IP address, her account. And those prints are showing on my account under the “Recent Makes”.
This right here is what is bothering me and we cross checked dates and it checks out perfectly. How did Bambu associated those prints to my account if they were made in another house, with another ISP and another account?
I didn’t use the Handy App while we were there at all, did not visit any Bambu website or makerworld from my phone or laptop and yet, those models, printed almost 2000km away, are on my recent makes. This, at least for me, is concerning for privacy reasons.
Edit: just to be clear! This is not me mongering about it, this is what i said before about trust. And when that trust is gone, like it is now, and these situations happen, then it’s up to our imagination to do the rest.
You travelled 2000km with your a1 mini? That’s some dedication.
On-topic, I don’t like the makes section. My user pages is to show my creations. Sure it’s nice that I can pin some, but I don’t want to show my makes straight of the get go. As a seperate tab it makes sense, but to include it directly on the user pages is just not something I think is a good idea. If I go to a creators page I want to see what they made, not what they printed …
It’s Mini, it has a printed handle and it does not take much space. Why not? It made the kids learn something while we were there and because of that, that family member has one today.
Great, I love it! Just to clarify, it wasn’t meant as a snarky comment, nothing but love for the enthusiasm
Not taken as one, don’t worry.
I got the intention and thats why i explained why i did it
We must teach the kids about technology before technology tries and teach the kids. Always a good thing to make the kids in front of tinkercad and letting them do things so that they can print them later and see that they can create what they design
Hey, the good news is, it stops getting heavier after the first 5 miles.
They are public ratings you posted. Not private print history.
Why would you remove the photos?
They are all publicly posted ratings. We will first take down this recent Makes and then make it optionally for users.
You missed this very important distinction between what you added and what you had.
Where and when!
