I made more tickets, after some replies they dont respond me anymore
The blocked from redeeming points is a common thing and usually comes off after a couple days. How do I know? Well since February 1st I have had it 9 times. More than once a week.

This week’s points review seems to be unusual than before. It has been four days and is still being reviewed.
Something is definitely up. I’ve been blocked from redeeming points for 4 days, with the usual “we need to review your points history” notice. This morning I got a system notification that the review is complete, but I still can’t redeem points.
Back to normal on my end (25 characters)
Hopefully mine gets cleared soon, I’ve got 3000+ points I’d like to cash out.

Just adding to the pile here that I was blocked today too - It makes me wonder how many 1000’s of dollars they must be shelling out ever day due to spam accounts. I have no idea how they’re even making money lol
think about it this way, you can either sponsor 100ths of people and have a budget to promote your products with sponsoring couple of people, or you could make it open to everyone and make it talk and lots of people are talking about it. this is what they want and they have a specific budget for it hope this makes sense to you
I also encountered the system said that it takes 7 days to review, but after 5 days of waiting to pass the system review can be redeemed for gift cards, for those who have the same trouble to refer to.
hi ive just got suspended for a week for score manipulation but ive never done that not even once,i wouldnt risk all my hard work and 190+ models that would have better stats if i cheated ,alot of my keychains have less than 10 downloads and ive never been on 1st page or featured etc,im in complete shock i dont download very much if anything so that should prove ive not done download for download ,ive submitted a support ticket asking them to expand on the suspension so i can try get proof that i have never cheated

I haven’t been blocked, but I have noticed the MakerWorld bot’s occasional message saying the typical “Account review has been completed” thing, which I expect to only see after a “we need to review your points history” message, which I haven’t received.
I think the servers are going a bit coo-coo with all the bot spamming.
It may be the statement on your profile asking people to share your page and ask people to download items to print later? Not sure, but maybe that could have triggered something.

I’ve been getting those periodically for a bit. I don’t think it’s just the redeeming that triggers it. Or maybe it silently triggers while you’re redeeming, but you don’t get an error until you try after it triggers? Not sure. Although this past week is the longest it’s ever taken them to clear things, so there’s certainly stuff going on behind the curtains.
A lot more people than usual getting dinged too.
I also get that message even when I’m not redeeming anything. Some days I check for comments/system updates, and see the “account review has been completed” notice. I check every two days, and I see that at least once a week with no notice of the account being notified that it’s under review.
Something on MakerWorld sure seems broken right now.
Usually I get one weekly, on Sundays, regardless of whether I attempt to redeem or not. But things seem a bit off kilter this week. I got a “points history review complete” notice on the 20th, 28th, 29th, and 30th, but I was unable to redeem points between the 24th and 29th. This morning when I woke up I was able to redeem normally again.
I only have a few models, but two of them went viral (one was actually used in the header image for a contest!) so I get a huge number of points from those. I’m certainly not complaining, but I do wish some of my other models would get some love
It also seems like they nerfed how “prints” are counted, at least on some of my models:
At the end of the day it’s all gravy to me, but a bit confusing.
You’re not alone in this, I get this quite often and very frequent. I am not sure if someone is trying to malicious report against legitimate makers that trigger these reviews logs.
I don’t know, maybe MW can shred some lights on these.

Similar thing here! Out of the blue i was getting banned for 1 week of redeeming acount points…
After asking specificaly what i done wrong, i got an AI generated message that informed me about “abnormal downloads in my account”.
I am 49 years old and did do nothing wrong, instead i see myself as an exemplary user.
There is something going terribly wrong with the system! I would not be surprised if the same AI that wrote me the multi purpose message had “found” the abnormal downloads that don’t exist!
I was getting checked at least once weekly. In the last 2 weeks my downloads dropped because of inactivity from myself and not uploading new models. And exactly in this time i am getting accused out of the blue! Ridiculous!
