Has anyone experienced the Z rod bearings on their P1P slipping out of place like the picture below of the left bearing?

Did you figure out how to fix it? Mine just did the same thing.
I did not. The issue/pictures are not from my P1P.
As far as I know, they haven’t affected his printing.
Are they causing issues on yours?
I have a similar issue with mine. I noticed it after getting repead z homing errors. I checked all the usual suspects and this is the only thing out if the ordinary. I’m wondering if it being raised is contacting and causing it not to home properly.
Maybe take some pictures and open a support ticket?
I’ve never had any issues with my bearings, but my P1P is a little different (bought it right after they started offering them).
My boy friend bought his a few months later so I can see they made a few changes. The pictures I posted were from his P1P, but so far they haven’t caused any issues for him.
Bambu has the fix in their wiki. Hope this helps.
